A complex fusion of American 2-row, European Vienna and Victory malts define the full biscuit malt character of our Hatch Green Chile Ale. After fermentation is complete, we lower the temperature of the beer to near freezing before adding generous amount of Hatch Green Chiles to the fermenter. When the time is right the chilies are removed and the beer is aged for an additional time before we bottle and make it available to you.

This very complex, yet well-balanced porter has toasted complex overtones, balanced with oats for creaminess. This beer is contrasted with an array of coconut, chocolate, and almond flavor additions designed to give it a bold, yet not overwhelming “JOY”-ful flavor finish.
Pineapple Mango Wheat Ale
The Tropical flavored wheat beer has just the right balance of barley and wheat malts, fermented using American ale yeast gives this beer a light, clean refreshing taste of summer, inspired by south sea island fruits.
